Customers having a Dartfish V9 software with a safenet licence (with serial number)

Description :

Users having a license with a serial number and upgrading from V9 update 3 to V9 update 4 may encounter this screen when launching the app right after the update. Normally the software should automatically open without a login screen and with the correct licence:

Cause :

The file Dartfish9.ini has been installed. This file should be installed only for users that have a TV licenced product.

Solution :

  • Open Windows Explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Dartfish\Dartfish 9
  • Find the file Dartfish9.ini and delete it

  • Close and launch again Dartfish 9
