You have received an email informing you that you now have a dartfish account but you didn't ask for one. What is going on? What should you do?

Dartfish.tv is a video analysis sharing website for users of Dartfish software and the Dartfish Express app. Let's assume that you have no interest in any of that but somebody who does want an account has provided your email when they set up their account. This is probably the result of bad typing rather than malicious intent but in any case, the best course of action is to ask us to delete your account.

To delete an unwanted account

  1. Create a support ticket using this link or
  2. Use the contact form to request that your account be deleted. You might like to save time by using the text below, copy it (Ctrl+C), then paste it (Ctrl+V) into the contact form
