Dartfish 2026 – 12.0.10328.0

Dartfish Software 2026 is a new edition that brings online content directly into the desktop application. Users can now browse, open, edit, and synchronize online videos from within the software, removing the need to switch between the desktop application and the web interface.

This release also introduces Advanced Filtering for analysts working with large event datasets, along with numerous fixes and improvements across all workspaces.

Online Library

The Library now provides direct access to online video content stored on dartfish.tv or in myDartfish Smart Cloud.

  • Browse your dartfish.tv channel or personal cloud directly from the Library
  • Navigate content through collections, keyword filtering, or search
  • Pin frequently used collections for quick access
  • View results in Detailed or Icon view, with customizable columns (name, size, duration, collection, number of views, etc.)
  • Sort items by name, creation date, modification date, or file size
  • Open videos instantly in streaming mode — no download required
  • Drag and drop one or more videos into the Tray to start working immediately
  • Open videos in the Library or Replay workspace

Availability: requires a myDartfish 360 S license or higher. Online content is visible if the user has editing rights on at least one collection.

Online Editing and Synchronization

Users can now edit online video content directly in Dartfish Software and synchronize changes back to dartfish.tv.

  • Open a remote video from the Library into the Tray, then work on it in Replay
  • Edit tagging, keywords, events, or import events from a CSV file using the same workflow as for local documents
  • Use the Sync button to save changes back to the online version
  • Review changes before synchronizing using the Show differences option
  • Undo local changes to revert to the online version
  • Conflict handling when both local and remote versions have been modified:
    • Merge changes — review and combine edits from both sides
    • Overwrite online version — replace the remote version with your local version
    • Undo local changes — discard local edits and restore the online version
  • Remote documents are cached locally for offline work and safe editing
  • Clear warning dialogs when reopening a document that already has local changes

Availability: requires a Dartfish Software 2026 license. Especially relevant for users of myDartfish 360 S, Live S, and Pro S. Editing rights on the collection are required.

Advanced Filtering

Dartfish 2026 introduces a new Advanced Filtering system that allows users to create, save, and reuse complex event filters when analyzing videos.

  • Create reusable custom filters combining multiple keyword criteria
  • Save filters from the current keyword selection or build them from scratch in the Filter Editor
  • Define filtering logic using nested conditions (all / any) across keyword categories
  • Apply saved filters instantly from the Manage Filter menu
  • Manage all filters centrally through the Filter Manager: create, edit, rename, delete, export, and import filters

Advanced Filtering is designed to improve productivity, consistency, and reusability when working with large event datasets or repeated tactical patterns.

Availability: requires myDartfish 360 S, Live S, or Pro S.

Fixes and Improvements

Montage & Presenter

  • Fixed a regression where audio continued playing during stillshot pauses in the Presenter workspace, causing audio-video desynchronization.

Edit Workspace

  • Fixed the Stopwatch tool not correctly setting to 00:00 on a comparison. It could previously revert to a different time or show a negative value.
  • Fixed timelines missing for the third and fourth videos in Comparison split mode. All four timelines are now visible.

Playback

  • Fixed black screen when playing video files with dynamic resolution changes.

Export & Import

  • Fixed CSV export/import losing quotation marks around position tool (X,Y) coordinates, which prevented zone tool markers from displaying after re-import.
  • Added an option to export all columns in CSV, including invisible columns and columns without keywords.

Localization

  • Fixed an Italian translation issue in the File menu.

Publishing & Automation

  • Fixed intermittent Telegram export errors occurring during background export.
  • Improved Dartfish Publisher stuck job detection. The Publisher now detects jobs that are stuck during conversion and processes the next ones in the queue.

Stability

  • Improved stability during playback and Simulcam operations.
